Start a program based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, the main one

Ankieta służy ocenie czy ktoś rzeczywiście zgłasza objawy typowe dla bezsenności (czy może inne objawy), tak aby rekomendować ją osobom, dla których jest adresowana.
