Pixel 7. Bought the phone because I was pregnant and wanted the best camera around. It's awful now. It is constantly freezing on me, to where it takes a while to even let me take a photo. Like you click the shutter button and nothing happens. It's also been skipping in a lot of videos. I'll go back to play them and the video freezes. The sound works but image stops. It is a permanent error and does not fix itself when shared. I wish I never bought the phone.

All of my photos look like they have some impressionist watercolor filter applied to them. This is not the experience I had with my previous Google phone. I have tried everything I could think of to fix this issue. None of the suggestions I found online work. I have to conclude that either this app is terrible, or my new phone camera is defective. Not happy. I specifically bought this brand of phone for the camera! It's terrible. 😔

I've been disappointed with this app lately. I use a pixel pro 6 for reference, so I'd expect pretty decent results. Firstly, the camera is unreliable when it comes to focusing. This is by far the biggest issue and has caused me to miss some great shots, even when I'm tapping the area to focus. Next, it sometimes doesn't switch to the right lens, especially the zoom lens. Lastly, it over-saturates things like sunsets, and there is no way to override the processing. Hoping they can fix soon.
