Unusable. Over the last few years, every time I've had to reconnect my Home Minis, its gotten harder and harder. The app just won't detect them. I've now been trying on and off for 3 days, probably a hundred times by now and it almost worked ONCE. And that timed out when connecting. Hate this system so much, this close to putting my money into something better.

Just useless now. All the automations I'd set up, no longer work. "Play the News" can no longer play the news, similar to an alarm action. You start a nighttime automation, that used to turn off lights and speak a short message, it tells you is starting the process, the name of the routine and then your short message. It sounds amateurish. This app was so much better before Gemini was embedded. Features just get worse every time. I wonder if your engineers actually use your products daily.

unfortunately I allowed it to connect with Gemini. The voices are way to fast and hard to understand cannot fix the speed of the assistants voices. I tried several other voices and couldn't find one that speaks slower. Definitely no good for elderly and hearing impaired. I looked into trying to roll it back to my original assistant but it's going to take a lot of work and having to factory reset many google devices. This app is no longer suitable for those with accessibility limitations.
