Ratings and reviews

I've been having issues with the routines. When starting the routines on the phone, it personalizes the results by using my name. For example: Good night (my name). If I initiate the routine via the speakers it won't say my name anymore. It also selects the wrong soundtrack from Spotify. While starting on the phone always choose the right soundtrack. This is vastly annoying and infuriating

Every time I try to go to a specific time, it appears that it just keeps loading. Signal is good, network speed is good as well. Closing the app and opening sometimes fixes it. It's an annoyance that it keeps happening and been happening for awhile. If anyone is thinking about buying Nest products I'd suggest something else. At least Ring is not this problematic.

This app is absolutely awful. This has to be the most confusing, clunky, hard to use interface I have ever seen. It makes me regret buying a Google device and I'm seriously thinking about returning it. I would love to just tap the YT music icon and see all my playlist and things there, but no, it's just random suggestions. I would love to just tap the YT and see all my videos history and playlists there too, again, no. But surely I can easily choose a single photo to have my device display, no!
