Ratings and reviews

App used to have a keyboard for command entry. It no longer does. I'm hearing impaired, so voice commands are problematic. I really would appreciate having the ability to type commands again. Also, because only voice commands, and my hearing issues, it rarely understands what I'm saying. *a year later and this is still an issue. seriously, a keyboard option for us with hearing issues. come on. 7-25-25

Every time we verbally prompt the Google home, it gets the answer wrong even when we correct the location or say a different device name. The weather is incorrect. It turns off a device when we ask it an unrelated question. I cannot trust anything it says anymore. the display we have never does what we want when we look up something or request a video. We have had these devices 10 years and will look into other options of it doesn't get better. AI sucks and computers are getting less helpful.

Can't use the app after the recent update. I've had Google Wifi for years and was using the app for internet timers for my kids devices. This function has now disappeared, I can't figure out how to manage my wifi network, and the family network of devices is gone. The help feature in the app is of no help, it's like the best feature just disappeared. Why??
