Very disappointed I selected all the photos from my Gallery I wanted to put on to my Google account they started to upload and then I left it unattended when I went back to have a look at them 6 hours later they are no longer on my device which is nice but 75%+ ain't even in my Google drive if I knew it would do that I would have just bought some kinda back up device rather then losing most of my dated.. very disappointed.
Great autopilot feature! I love this app specifically because I don't have to drive my own car anymore. If I've had a particularly long & stressful day I just open up this app and it takes care of getting me home. To date I've only had 8 accidents using it but they were nothing compared to the relaxation I got out of not having to drive myself.
I want it out of my device I don't use it nor am I interested..... So why are you taking up room on my device ..... See it's crap like that force people to root. I know Google do not want the user to root and yet the force unnecessary apps to showcase but they stop short on uninstalling. So root is the only option.
Fills up phone memory massively with redundant Offline Files Wondered why my phone memory was filling up so fast after 3 months of usage. Had to manually delete 3.4Gb in 2 device folders data/com.google.android.apps.docs(.editors.docs)/files/pinned_docs_files_do_not_edit. When Offline Files re-downloaded onto phone, only used 20Mb. Also extremely slow file search (used to be much faster) that finds fewer files that website.
Good but for one thing In the drive web interface you're able to share a file with people who don't have a gmail account and set their permissions to view or edit, so they can view or edit the file without logging in. You can't do this from the mobile app, and haven't been able to since 2013. The main reason I use this app is to send files to people that are too large to attach to an email, and without this ability to share via link the app is useless.
Useless! This is the most useless app I've ever seen. Can't stop it uploading, nowhere does give you any help to stop it. Doesn't play audio files...bullshit! Not happy!
