Shortcut widget forgets it's links Randomly after setting up my shortcuts, they will eventually display just the Drive icon with "Drive" description, so I can't tell which shortcut is which without opening it. This has been the case for me for over a year
Still trying it out I really don't use it often so thus the 3 stars. I'm on the new Droid Turbo 32GB. With all the updates, W/ all this, one has to make sure U keep your pics in the Verizon cloud. Even W/ 32GB space is ALWAYS an issue. I use my phone as my computer so need to keep as safe as possible. I've, thus far, (Knock on wood) not had a problem W/ Google. Will up to 4 stars when ic big change.
Better features. I love that I can select multiple files at once and download them or delete them. I'd like to have a way to be able to choose where files are saved to. Also, it's been crashing a lot lately. Please fix and I will gladly give this 5 stars!
Usually works well. Usually it works wonders. Sadly, I am an animation student and a 4 second animation I saved (as an mp4) for some reason refuses to work. It apparently works on a computer, but not for my phone. It's very strange and a bit bothersome. Maybe it's on my end, but I doubt it as when I first uploaded it to Drive, it worked but eventually stopped working. I'm not sure how it would be a corrupted file either as it works on computers.
Tried using google scan and it was great! As long as I was connected via wi fi. Tried using google scan while not connected wifi, I have my phone set not to transfer data while I"m not on wifi. The doc I scanned is gone!! Where did it go ?? I thought because I was not on wifi it would hold the doc until connected wifi then load it to my google drive account. That did not happen. Why cant I use google scan and have it save the doc somewhere on my device? Kind of disappointed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Love but needs improvement! Can you please add the ability to directly take photos into Google drive folders? ? ? This would be so much faster than taking them with a camera app and then uploading them through Google Drive. I'm just using the scan function at the moment and saving photos as pdfs which isn't that great.
