Great autopilot feature! I love this app specifically because I don't have to drive my own car anymore. If I've had a particularly long & stressful day I just open up this app and it takes care of getting me home. To date I've only had 8 accidents using it but they were nothing compared to the relaxation I got out of not having to drive myself.
Just got better with the last update I wish it was better, I had high hopes. However, there are a lot of missing features. I mean, you can't even assign documents you create to folders from the app. Once created you need to use the PC version to put it in a folder? It will only get better from here so I am looking forward to updates. EDIT: moving files to folders was solved in the last update so the star rating gets bumped up! All that is missing now is real media streaming like dropbox and skydrive and photo thumbnail view.
Love it! Love this so much more than Dropbox! Way more storage for free & saves faster than DB. I'm using base app though because every time I update I run into HORRIBLE problems uploading & app crashing. Works beautifully without any update so why bother.
Works well with PC 1) I frequently run into problems downloading small files, and it's quite a huge inconvenience, unexpected from a professional app, to have to spend several minutes downloading the same file over and over again. This happens consistently with my own files. 2) I just love how I can sync files between my PC and Drive. (I have the Drive app for Windows and now I never have to worry about losing files) Would be nice to see such an autosync feature.
Google drive It challenges my skills adapting as an older man, i continue seeking out knowledge. Were l remain awed at creation and are abilitys which indeed take us all a chance to refine ones potential at helping, man kind achieve greater. Zeal, for our creator...
Ok but needs security and upload status Drive is a great app, but it's missing a few things. Security. The app doesn't currently offer pin, password or fingerprint lock options the way Dropbox or OneDrive does. Also, instead of telling me whenever every file has been uploaded (a huge annoyance on multiple uploads), just have a progress bar in the notification area showing upload progress.
* Easily upgrade your storage plan in-app
* Add homescreen shortcuts to your favorite files
* Receive comment notifications
* Performance improvements and bug fixes
