I like Google Drive well enough, but this app is absolute garbage. I am trying to upload 700 photos, approx. 10 GB of data. Naturally, this takes some time. But it's simply not happening. The upload never finishes, it always gets stuck after like a hundred files. It does not resume automatically. If you stop everything and trigger the same upload, there is no option to skip existing files, which would allow me to eventually conclude the upload. Uploading a single 10 GB zip also doesn't work.

Hi, Michael. If you're syncing large numbers of files at the same time, please try doing them separately. Hope this helps.

Uploads stop, uploads never finish, after uploading you realize files are missing... Still the same problems over many years, different phones, different connections. The most fundamental functionality of the app is buggy and has been forever. Ugh. EDIT: Tried that many times, delete cache, delete app data, reinstall. Problems remain. It's good that you are trying to be helpful, but why not make a working app instead?

Great to be able to open and edit documents on the go. Totally useless and frustrating if those documents are big (>30k words). They take a long time to load - which I can live with - but it too often closes before the document loads. It can sometimes take up to 45 minutes to open the document because it keeps closing. Like I said, great for small documents, sucks for large ones. Problem is when loading offline documents. OneDrive doesn't do this, but it's syncing is not reliable.
