I am having issues with this version of Google Drive. I am only able to upload a couple pictures at a time before it starts to stall on uploading. I've tried different networks, uninstalling, reinstalling, force stopping it because I'm unable to cancel the upload due to that option not reacting. I have tried everything even contacting support via email, no response and chat we were disconnected. They haven't This is very irritating, especially when I pay for extra storage! This is not working!!

It is very frustrating how little functionality this app has, especially given I use a Google phone (Pixel 4A). The app sometimes won't load thumbnails for videos, it won't play videos, it won't download my videos to my device, and so on. I have tried multiple networks, force stopping, and uninstalling and reinstalling. How does a Google product not work on a Google phone?! It is also frustrating since I pay for extra storage.

This app used to run great. I never had a problem with it for years. Idk if its a recent update, but im obviously not alone. "Video cannot play" is 100% unacceptable, especially when it's a service that I am paying for. (100gb) i have tried uninstall/reinstall. I have tried it through wifi and mobile data. Nothing is working. I cannot access my videos that i trusted you with. I wouldnt care as much, if i didnt already pay for this service. Please do something.
