An excellent Excel clone with a wide array of uses. For example, I used it to document every book in my personal library. By sharing the link with my friends, they now know what's available for borrowing -- and I know who has which book!
No sub or super script options can't even copy and paste it in. No special character options either. Something simple as delta T. Really Google what the f***! Let's get it together. You have it in Google Docs. Let's try to get the little s*** right. Can't even write a simple Engineering Equation text with subscripts.
OMG..Awesome! I have my All of monthly budget and household bills as well as miscellaneous expenses, restaurant trips, dry cleaning, you name it. It keeps me in track. The functions work exactly the same as excel and I can save it to adjust things in it at work on my excel there. I love it!
The only spreadsheet I use now Does everything I want. It has a few little things I don't like, like not being able to autofill in a periodic value (like a weekly payment on every 7th row) - unless maybe that's a feature I haven't learnt about yet. The cloud storage is great - being able to make changes to my budget spreadsheet on the mobile phone and then it's automatically updated on the laptop.
Don't get me wrong - editing spreadsheets still is and probably always will be clunky on mobile. But the team has made it as good as can be, and overall it's well designed. I like that it's a separate app from Google Drive, so that you don't have to install it if you don't edit spreadsheets on Drive.
Clunky, awkward and fiddly to use. Maybe good if you have a few hours spare and a keyboard connected to your phone: on a deadline it is an exercise in frustration.
