GA4 is really bad compared to UA. I truly don't understand how/why GA4 doesn't have the ability to annotate amongst so many other things. Can't label internal traffic as internal. Making custom reports is incredibly difficult.

Deeply disappointed. Google is playing the same game it played a few years back, by removing critical data info, such as organic keywords and queries. The GA4 app was providing a wealth of information about traffic sources only a few weeks ago, and now the same thing is happening. It no longer supplies the same amount of detailed info about sources of traffic, including major commercial websites.

you have to sign up to a web page to have access to the app. (the web page is horrible for mobile). edit: also just learned you have to set up everything from a web browser to then have access to the info in the app. never downloading this again.

What's new

Report filters allow you to control what data is shown in yourreports. They can help you understand your data, find trends, and drill into the details you care about. For example, you can use a report filter to look at specific regions, app versions, and ad units. You can add multiple filters to further refine your analysis.
