I've enjoyed using the physical card, the ease of use, and security offered by being able to turn it off and on via app. It's convenient to add funds while traveling as well. I see no use for Google Wallet in my future if you discontinue the physical card. Very disappointed by your decision. I understand the third party options and will not partake in those. While I've gradually moved most things to Google as I do you gradually take things away. It is my hope you reconsider.
It was good for a short while. It asked for my SSN and a picture of my ID which in my opinion is stupid because apps like Amazon doesn't ask for. The information needed is way to sensitive for an app. After I gave it my information it still didn't work. Please fix this issue and I will give a better review.
The very first transaction took a couple days (submitted on a Friday) But every one since then has been completed within moments. It's made grabbing lunch for the office so much easier!
You cannot trust Google wallet. They advertise if your default paying method is a debit card it's instant or up to 24 hours. There's been times when Google wallet will hold onto my money for up to 5 days. So they can profit. Square cash is what Im using for now on! never had a problem going on 2 years!
Terrible just terrible. Attempted to send $20 to my daughter By way of my debit card last week, according to Google Wallet and she won't receive the money until September 7th!!!! Completely impractical method for sending money. I could have sent a $20 money order through the US Post Office that would have been faster!!
i hate the app, i hate using it in the web browser on my phone, and i hate using it on my laptop. it asks for a bunch of unneccessary information to be able to do anything at all, its far from convenient, and the actual app crashes all the time; im NEVER able to send money with the app because it will crash immediately. if i try to use it on the web browser on my phone, it also doesnt work at all, it wont let me type in how much money i want to send. i type the numbers and it just continues to say $0.
