It was working perfectly every day... Now, after a recent update, (when it changed from the 3 colored dots to the colored bar), the app crashes everytime I push the button. An app that's completely broken is useless. Update: it's gotten worse, it doesn't even activate now, no matter what I do. Reinstalling didn't help. The article didn't help. The Community forum ignored me. I need Assistant to set medication alarms, and now I can't do that!! Update: Assistant crashes when I try to send feedback

Assistant has become entirely useless. Delays, wrong information, and for whatever godforsaken reason, they've turned off the ability to set reminders through assistant. It's hot garbage, it used to be mediocre at best but now it's just completely unusable and has zero utility. Good job, Google, you have a running streak of absolutely decimating your most useful products for seemingly no reason. Bravo.

Assistant used to be an efficient AI that could mostly follow any command. With Gemini, it's basically useless. Trying to use assistant to change the music while driving? Crash. Ask it a basic question? That's a 30 second delay and possibly a "sorry, I don't understand." The final straw for me was asking it to remember where I parked and learning it marked me a half hour walk away. I couldn't imagine what would have happened if I wasn't familiar with the area. Please, we have to go back.
