Ratings and reviews

By far the worst app for directions if you're using public transportation. It doesn't take into account time getting from one mode of transport to another, nor the vertical climbs one might have to make getting in or out of the subway. It also doesn't take any care with bus schedules. It goes on the buses "scheduled" time, which is always inaccurate, over real time. The only useful part of the app is being able to save locations as favorites or where you might want to go.

UPDATE: Did steps given. Working like it should. All good except not enough alternate routes available. One route I know isn't given as an alternate. I can live with that....Don't know what happened or why, but this app went from being the greatest 3 days ago to totally sucking. A 32 mile trip that should take 45 minutes shows up on Google maps as 2 1/2 hours! The turns it wants me to take are in the opposite direction of where the location is. And it no longer offers to select alternate routes.

There is no option to "start" trip using the bus/train button. It's only available for car driving or walking. Before now, you can start your trip while using the bus option and it helped one to monitor the bus stops especially if going to unknown places, to avoid getting lost or missing your bus stop. But recently you will only find "Pin" where "start" used to be. Very annoying, please work on this and fix this error.
