Ratings and reviews

The new update has the potential to cause accidents on the road. 1. It now says "take the slip road", which is confusing, as it isnt always clear which slip road you need to take. Please change it back to say "keep left/right at the fork". 2. Also, it will now suddenly announce "turn left/ right" when you have 10m left to get into the turning lane. Please change it back to giving an 800/600m heads up to turn left/right, and a final turn announcement 100m before the turn.

Very bad, would not reccomend, inaccurate positioning, extremely bad User experience. The direction arrow is pointing the wrong way, basically I have to hold my phone upside down to get the direction arrow to point in a seemingly correct orientation. The mobile app experience has gotten me lost (especially while on foot) more times than I would like to admit. Arrival estimation is also broken, it does not extend when stuck in traffic. I am starting to see why people stick with Apple.

Maps don't always give me accurate locations. It shows info/times from the day before driving, therefore not giving me accurate times and doesn't always show arrival time and km's traveled. Most times, it shows arrival time 4 to 5 hrs if at all, after I have arrived at my destination. Everything is on, i.e. accurate location. It is irritating as this info is critical for my work. I have even gone into my Google account, all setting seems ok. I don't know if anything has changed on maps??
