Very poor Customer Service I got soundpod 3 months back and it stopped working within 3 days. Since then, I am raising complaint tickets on their customer support number but they always close ticket without giving any resolution. Neither soundpod is working nor I am getting the replacement of the same. Now they also deactivated my subscription plan on their own without my consent. I don't recommend anyone to buy the soundpod of GPay. Very poor customer service.

Every single day I need to clear data of this app to make it function normally. It's payment pop-up notification gets stuck on only one payment. Example, payment of Rs. 30 received at 7 am it's notification pop-up will keep on showing on lock screen, even if another customer has paid for example Rs. 80 at 9 am and so on unless I clear it's data.
