I was trying to buy a laptop worth ₹63,000 using Google Pay. The payment failed, but the amount was still deducted. Now I’m asked to wait for the refund. The offer was valid only for today, and because of this issue I couldn’t complete the purchase and may miss the deal. This is a huge amount to be stuck like this.. Very disappointing. Such unreliable transaction handling is unacceptable, especially when large payments are involved. If I do get the refund, I honestly don’t see myself trusting..

I am unable to pay my electricity bill because the 'Pay' button is not appearing on Google Pay. I have tried every troubleshooting step, including unlinking and relinking the account, checking for updates, and using a different phone-the problem persists. This issue is highly frustrating, and the customer service has been the worst; it is extremely irritating.👎👎👎👎😒

Absolutely unacceptable and highly unprofessional service. Google Pay has become completely unreliable. Payments randomly get stuck in “processing” for HOURS and even a full day, which is ridiculous for a UPI app that claims to be instant. This happened to me yesterday at a shop. The money was already deducted from my bank, but the payment went into processing. I couldn’t cancel it, couldn’t pay cash, and was left standing there helpless and embarrassed. This is highly unacceptable
