Very useful when you travel a lot and have to speak to your spouse from a variety of hotel rooms. It would be nicer if when the signal quality degrades, it would simply freeze the image, rather than deteriorate and pixelate. And go in and out a bit more smoothly. (Perhaps that's impossible because you would have to introduce a lag into the call). But it's a very very useful tool and I am quite satisfied with it.

Don't like the new update and how the video messages expire after 24 hours and are now only 30 seconds instead of 1 minute- See no point in changing it. Should make it optional for them to expire and should make the videos be longer/your choice as of how long they are. Other than that, video call quality is good and the other features such as the drawing are nice, but the update is extremely frustrating.

Hi, Rachel. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We're sorry to hear that. We'll pass this along to the team so they can continue iterating on your feedback to make Duo even better. We ask that you submit feedback within the Duo app by clicking the Menu button then the 'Help and Feedback' tab and tap 'Send Feedback'. Thank you.

Great app overall. I just wish that with whatever update that was pushed out today, there was a ability to switch from light mode to dark mode in app. I opened it today and was completely blinded. I also noticed that the end call button was moved. I dont see the need for that and to be quite honest it's a bit frustrating just looking at it being all the way to the side. Other than those changes, its an alright app! Very easy to start a video call.
