The app is okay at best, the issue I have is with the texting feature. sometimes it just disappears from my options and sometimes it's there. clearing cache reinstalling and resetting my profile doesn't appear to have any impact one way or the other on the texting option showing or not showing. no I'm not contacting support, no I'm not searching your FAQs for some vague have hearted answer. if it matters to you fix it. If you do not care about your customers don't worry about it

All of a sudden yesterday it stopped working and I keep getting the message "couldn't connect to the internet". My phone was 100% connected to the internet. I tried disconnecting & using mobile data, that didn't work either. I played with the settings & even cleared the cache. Nothing is working. I uninstalled & reinstalled several times. Now when I try to log back in it is telling me I need to add a number for calling. When I try to add my number I consistently get "something went wrong"!!!!

I used to love this app. However, since the new Meet, nothing works like it used to. All of a sudden, none of my video messages go through. I keep getting an error code telling me to try resending, but it never does. The Q&A was useless. Now that I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, there's no option for video messages at all. I tried to re add the legacy features. None of the troubleshooting techniques work. I wish the ppl that decide to do all of these so-called upgrades would STOP!
