Ratings and reviews

If you just want to use it for credit cards, it's fine. Adding loyalty cards is broken. The camera doesn't work to add loyalty cards, you can enter most manually, but half of them show up as numbers then, instead of bar codes. Also, if the loyalty card isn't in their list, you can't add it at all. I used samsung wallet for many years and it worked flawlessly, but it only works on Samsung phones.

Insecure and cumbersome. I have to manually disable NFC after each use of Wallet. If I have my screen unlocked and pass too close to a payment scanner, it will take my payment even if I didn't intend to use it. I've also had credit cards disappear from the app multiple times and had to add it back at the checkout counter. Apple Pay is the market leader for good reason.

Fine, but limited. This product is invariably slower to use than a traditional wallet, especially loyalty cards. Three suggestions for an improved user experience: 1) improve the UI so it's easier to grab a card from the home screen. 2) pin primary payment to the top, then use location data and user history to automatically float appropriate cards up the list. 3) add bank accounts screen with ability to view balances, transfer between accounts, and pay directly from account (bye bye Mint).
