i just bought the watch a week ago. watch itself is great, the app keeps closing with error messages about the program having bugs. have been sending diagnosis info when it happens. it closes the app probably 3-5 times a day. also can not get the phone and watch to sync with DO NOT DISTURB AND BEDTIME MODES. the option isn't highlighted or locked. Hopefully the bugs get worked out as it's a good watch.

GPS is awful and constantly overrides manual stride length. Often doesn't count entire nights of sleep on full battery. Every 5 minutes registers a stress response and wants me to log my feelings... even when feelings have nothing to do with things like washing your hands, pooping, or other autonomic system functions. Also you can't do much with the app itself either.

I have the older model (3) and I've had it for a few years. I've had to replace it twice under warranty but that went well. it's a good smart watch, allowing me to view and control many things without having to reach for my phone. it connects to health tracking apps, has good battery life and I'm not upgrading yet. The four stars is because of the two replacements. I'm still impressed with the watch.
