Set up and manage your Pixel Buds right from your Android 6.0+ device with the Google Pixel Buds app. You can easily check your earbuds and case battery levels, and control features like Adaptive Sound, in-ear detection, find device, Google Assistant, and spoken notifications.

To open the Pixel Buds app:
• On Pixel, connect your earbuds > Bluetooth settings > tap the ⚙️next to Pixel Buds.

Finally resolved the issue of lost app functionality by completely removing and resetting my Buds Pro, clearing the cache and data, and reconnecting the buds from scratch. Went through the full setup process, and all app functionality is now back. Wish the developer's response to my previous comment had included guidance to do this (it hadn't - I had to figure it all out myself). Other than this recent period, the app and the buds have been excellent

Just bought second gen pixel buds & upgraded to pixel 9 phone...pair flawlessly. Happy to say these buds fit nicely out of the box and are way better than the first go around. The sound is good, MOST importantly they stay in my ears! Have a physical job, and can use these at work💯. 3 stars for a couple reasons; noise cancellation NEEDS improvement- had issues where right side feels ok, left side sounds wrong. Appreciate upgraded equalizer- BETTER WIDGET PLS!!! Maybe put notifications back on🙄

I had issues and did an RMA for buds pro 2. This fixed them. However now I have new ones seemed to be app related. Sometimes one touch play and pause won't work. Sometimes taking earbud out will stop playing, other times not. Occasional problems with one ear not playing audio. These issues don't happen on Google TV playback so it must be the app. Get it together, Google! I'm on a Pixel 9 and still doesn't work as advertised!
