Ratings and reviews

I have a Google pixel and this app constantly crashes my phone, which is ironic, because, well it's a Google phone and can't even run Google's apps. I wouldn't recommend the app or the phone. If you uninstall the app everytime you use it and then restart your phone you might be able to get it to work for a short period before it crashes again. I largely just use clipchamp now. Product of a dying brand.

This video editor is pretty meh tbh... The frequent crashing and the lack of features make this app inferior to other editing apps. Like key frames, masking, the ability to turn an mp4 video to an mp3 audio, a slider to adjust how strong an effect is, chromakey, and many more are not present/available on the app... But at least there's no watermark, that's a plus. Overall, this app has a lot of potential...

I've been using this as my primary editing software. But I've recently run into a problem. Every time I make it to a certain spot within my editing. The app freezes and then kicks me out. Causing me to go back in and then get kicked out at the same spot. It worked fine last night, so I don't know what's wrong. I've already edited 4 other videos before this trimming them down from 2 and 3 hours to a more consumable amount. But for some reason,this video, with is only 2ish hours long, keeps dying.

What’s new

YouTube Create is currently in beta and is available on phones running Android 8.0 or later with at least 4GB of RAM. We will continue to add new features and improve YouTube Create over time.
