Ratings and reviews

If you are a sports fan read this. There is no option no record extra time. UPDATE: they seemed to have figured this out. Now...when we want to watch a recording from the DVR, we have to watch ads. We can't forward passed them. When I do forward to the part I want, more ads. I just watched 4 minutes of commercials before I could watch what I wanted. 2 minutes as soon as I turned it on & 2 more minutes after I reached the part I wanted to watch. DVR recordings are converted to VOD automatically

The ads are so repetitive. I've seen the same THREE ads on a whole season and it's an expensive subscription to watch 9 ads at random intervals ranging from 3 minutes to 12 minutes. The app is very clunky. I just know the person who programmed it prefers hulu over netflix because Jesus is everything difficult to navigate. It shouldn't be too different from the actual youtube app. I should be able to pull the video down and see the series' season list of episodes. If I could say more, I would.

I've had it for two days now and that's about enough. App is clunky and difficult to navigate. No options to record extra time for sports, or just single episodes, or to clear out old episodes from cluttering up your library without removing future recordings also. Promotion for Sunday Ticket wouldn't work, and I got nothing but the runaround from "customer service." Glitchy and slow to load at times. All around absolutely awful compared to Hulu.
