It is unacceptable for this kind of app not to have an alarm reminder type (ringing until the user dismisses the alarm). Even the old Nokia calendar had this feature.
I wish it looked like a calendar! I just can't get used to looking at a calendar that looks like Google plus. I really need a calendar that looks like a calendar! I press on the date I want to add an appointment or reminder, and it shows me birthdays for people that I do not know. I press the three dot menu and the only option is, refresh Not Everything that I do is an "event." I wish it looked like a traditional or normal calendar.
I've synced to my friend's calender on the computer, but I can't see it on my phone. I've refreshed multiple times. Is there any way I can see my friends calender on the app?
Wheres the agenda? Can't find the agenda. Unintuitive. Like so much of Google s stuff. Won't allow moving to SD card. What's up with Google not allowing any of their apps to be moved to SD card?
Material design My only gripe? I'm not convinced with the design of the widget, the way it works is much improved, but the look grates. I wish that the item cards weren't stuck on the white background and that there was less of it...
Blows away any other calendar With Android Lollipop, Google Calendar has certainly come full circle, and displays my schedule in a very unique and user friendly look. It looks great, feels smooth, and I only wish that my work would use Google Calendar instead of the aged Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
• Goals - Add personal goals—like “run 3 times a week”—and Calendar will schedule time for them automatically.
• (Google Apps for Work and Education only) Find a time - Add colleagues as guests to your event and let Google Calendar find the best meeting times for you.
