Good for one person I like this calendar and it has gotten easy to use over time but it would be great if I could link mine too my boyfriend's so we could both see each other's. I tried sharing it with him but he had to go to his email and click on the dang link revert time he wants to see my schedule. It just isn't realistic, would be great to have my stuff in one color and his in another.
Great! except... Overall, I really like this app. However, it doesn't allow me to view all my subcalendars that I can see when using a web browser and Google calendar. For instance this app doesn't show a team calendar that I've subscribed to, nor a subcalendar that I created within my Google calendar. Also, I'd love to be able to copy/clone calendar events. With these fixes, the app is 4.5 stars.
Widget and App Doesn't Update Immediately Nice design and features (auto-placing an appropriate image for an event such as massage etc.). However, the app and widget does not update immediately when handling Reminders (requires app to be restarted to reflect change and the widget requires another event to be updated before reflecting any changes)
Design isn't everything. I generally love google's products; however, the new calendar is terrible. I can't see at a glance what my months look like and I can't see a full 7 days at once. They've spent so much time trying to get the style right that they've forgotten about functionality. Design is certainly important but from one of the world's leading software companies I expect better software and not just a pretty face.
Love the updates/Needs Drag and Drop This is probably one of my most used apps. The new updates have been welcome, but I'd really love to see drag and drop. My Calendar events get moved a lot and it would be so easy to just slide them around. 5 stars for that feature!
What a let down expected more from Google First of all I personally didn't like the design of the Google calendar its boring. It has no stickers to add on for quick view & no task area?? I downloaded expecting to be able to sync the calendar I already have on my android to Google calendar so that I may see it on my laptop browser to no avail. I can see my calendar & the Google calendar on my android but not vice a versa. Defeats the purpose for which I download it the first place I didn't want to have to add all the events by hand. Uninstalling rig
