Update: I appreciate the dev responding so quickly, but clearing the cache didn't change anything. I also clear all cache regularly. This used to work just fine, but now, any changes I make, or any scheduled events that are a few years out just disappear. I'll save the event, but then it's gone! I've tried dozens of times. Editing events does the same. They just disappear entirely! This used to be reliable, but as of the last couple of months, it's completely worthless! What is going on?!?

Really love the calendar app, it helps keep me organized for doctor / dentist appointments, lunch get-togethers, etc. I recently bought a car that runs on Google OS and would really love it if the calendar app was available for the car. Get in, the car pops up a notice that my dentist appointment is in 30 minutes, I click on the appointment address and go. Sadly, it's not available for my car. I'm not sure why. Maps and Assistant are there. No calendar?

My major complaint is it opens up in daily view most of the time. It needs to be customized. I only ever use the month view. I open my calendar app multiple times per day to schedule events and things and this is incredibly frustrating. There needed to be a setting to always open on whichever view the user prefers.
