It's annoying that almost all of the updates from Google come with inaccurate what's new notes. The last change of phone was labeled as "bug fixes" while containing major UI differences. Please give better information for people who read the notes before hitting update.
The new swiping up/down anywhere on screen to accept/reject incoming call is stupid. It's too easy to screw up and answer a call you want to reject and vice versa. Please revert to old way (swipe left/right from the icon, and don't put the icon at the bottom of the screen).
Latest update has broken Bluetooth with all of my devices. Music and other audio work just fine. Have tried to forget and re-pair but still same issue. When in settings I can see the BT device and when I select phone audio it does not stay checked. Using Nexus 6 with 6.0.1 with latest security patch from January.
Not sure how they let this through but... It's pretty but the new dialer hides the mute/speakerphone/etc. controls when the number pad is visible. I use both at the same time and it's frustrating to have to open and close the number pad just to mute or go to speakerphone.
The swipe up to answer call and down to reject design is so AWFUL. Sometimes I can't swipe down. The call answer/reject should be simple square buttons (like the one which drops down from top when Ur in another app). Plus, what's the point of having a beautiful HD contact pic if it shows in a tiny circle. I used to like the big contact picture when call came in, in the previous version. It was so obvious in a instant who's calling. 1 star only because of these.
Bad taste in the last update. The visual was clean, now is a ugly blue, even during calling. Bring back the way it were or, at least, give us the option of choosing a different theme.
