They never did get assistant working 🤣. A decade of constant issues later, and it's being eaten alive by AI. It was never reliable, and it absolutely refuses to answer questions. It won't even attempt to. Instead it launches it's own web browser to pull up a random search whenever you ask it to turn on the lights, turn the volume down, or stop. Finally, we have competition! A plethora of FANTASTIC options. I'd rate this a 5/100, with GPT3 at 80/100, GPT4 at 90/100, and Grok around 90/100.

I love this app and use it all the time to search for things I need answer to, find books, etc. however, since yesterday (and I'm hoping somebody can look into this) I can't save pages (as it tells me there's an error), google things through taking pictures, or even find songs with the music finding feature. I'm not sure if I'm the only one this is happening to, but I've tried restarting my phone and stuff, and it's not working.. please fix this!!

Hello too whom it may concern. When is Google going to stop with all the slack slow buggy mess that is going on. I cannot even get updated news from Google daily. On top of that Google stops searches when you are trying to get on the internet. The loading time is very very very very very very very very slow. It is aggravating. I cannot even pull up sites without the connection going through. Connectivity issues with Google is a constant problem. I went 3 or 5 days before the news was updated.

What’s new

• Use voice commands while navigating – even when your device has no connection. Try saying "cancel my navigation" "what's my ETA?" or "what's my next turn?"
• It's easier to access privacy settings from the homescreen. Just tap your Google Account profile picture.
