I searched for this since messages wasn't working and found all kind of apps have been trying to travel from every phone, pc, and carrier we ever had for decades. now we have a mess to clean up with mixed up accounts, apps, devices. Thank you Google for helping to find these things.

Someone installed a PAKS program in my phone during the setup process through Verizon so I don't believe that my phone is properly set up. They keep getting into my apps and settings without my permission. Is there any way that you could let Verizon and Motorola know and ask them if they could create an update to remove it completely from my phone please? The PAKS notification so is also installed. I've been dealing with this for 5 almost 6 years. Also any associated apps that do not belong.
