Ok Would be great to have Japanese, Korean and Chinese languages available, instead of having to download each language keyboard on my phone. It takes up way too much room, especially since they can't be saved to the SD card. The Japanese one alone is over 20MB! I have to switch to a totally different keyboard in order to type in those languages, but they are all on one keyboard. I use this as my main keyboard because the other one I use does not have predictive text and the new emojis like this one does
Not really good unless your a google fan There's not alot of customization with this app. Like for example, changing the color of the keys. The only thing i do enjoy is that it supports emoji skin color change. That's about it. But i can always live with out it. I also don't like the layout of the emojis for so odd reason. The auto prediction is very good as well. Just please make this more custom-able like fancy keyboard 😊
Excellent I always come back to Google keyboard becsuse it simply has the best production and correction for me. The only reason I withhold the fifth star is because I'd like to see emoji suggestions like Touchpal Keyboard on the HTC 10 does. Otherwise keep up the good work. Edit: I've knocked a star off because when the prediction bar is off, I don't want anything corrected, yet it keeps trying to correct me. I know what I mean to say!
Gesture typing made me switch Stopped using SwiftKey some time ago and reverted back to the Sony Xperia keyboard. The swipe/gesture in Sony's keyboard felt smoother and didn't take as long to launch after it crashed, as both keyboards would often do. Found this a couple of days ago and decided to give it a go. Since the Google keyboard offered swipe typing, I figured it wouldn't be too jarring a switch, even if I'd only be using this new alternative for a short time. I was right.
This is an excellent keyboard with a good variety of languages and settings to personalize it as you wish. Ever since the latest Android update, the keyboard has not be performing like it should. Some letters won't register when you first tap them and sometimes the message will lag so one half of the word would be to the left of the text box and the other half would be on the right along with whatever else you typed being left in the middle. Otherwise, it is am excellent keyboard.
Love it. It's better than the stock Sense keyboard installed on HTC One. The buttons are better spaced which provides a more accurate input and prevents my finger(s) from inadvertently hitting two keys adjacent to each other at the same time. (There was an issue before that when you're using Messaging App is that there's no way to press the Enter key to create a new paragraph. It seems to have been fixed with the July 2016 update by long pressing the Enter key.)
