Ratings and reviews

I love to watch the videos that others make, and there's quite a variety to watch. Everyone knows that, but the app has tons of issues. My setting are on the highest they can be, but for some reason, the app just goes through this phase where videoa automatically change to the lowest setting even though my app setting are still on high, often during this phase, videos will keep stopping and starting and the sound quality drops for no reason! Edit: They continue to update, but still no fix...

Idk why, but for about the last year or so, whenever I go on any playlist that contains 20+ videos, it won't load the rest of the videos. It will just carry on loading. I click off the playlist, click back on it, but then the playlist doesn't load. I go off the app, clear the cache, and even the app won't load properly. I have to wait a bit for the issue to go. Even when I tried to both downgrade, and upgrade my version, I still get this problem, and it's incredibly frustrating.

Until recently, I was able to quickly connect my phone to my TV YouTube app to access comments on the video I was watching. Now it pauses the video every time, ask me to enter a code and takes a while to hook up. I'm already logged in to my TV app. I'm already logged in to my phone. It's definitely me. The extra step adds no real value. Why has this previously seamless experience been made worse? Seems like another case of Google En(something)infication.
