Ratings and reviews

It's a good system but it has a main flaw: it's only functionality is to compare an image to others on the internet. With the recent great advance in AI, ChatGPT has gotten much better than Lens to tell you what kind of plant, food or what animal the photo is about. Most of the time Lens is enough, but I have to ask ChatGPT for advice relatively often. Please integrate AI in the system. The translation feature is great though, good for translating restaurant menus when abroad.

Everything is best but if it could find results in real time , in other words instead of capturing photos of object if it could identify objects and it's basic properties like what kind of materials is it made of or basic geometry and symmetry of the objects some facial features in real time then it would be next level tool. Hope this would be also done in some time.

I greatly prefer the previous iteration of Google Lens in comparison to this latest version. The older version is considerably more user-friendly and intuitive to navigate when contrasted with the new one. Additionally, the new version only offers three primary functions, which is a significant deficiency when compared to the extensive capabilities of the previous version. Furthermore, the disappearance of the world icon on the right side has left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied.
