I use to love it but since last update, it has not worked. It opens to a black screen then a chosen picture but that's where it ends. I cannot select a portion nor can i add a comment. I can find no reason or solution. I have uninstalled, restarted, reinstalled repeatedly. Cleared cache and data. I can find no help and questions go unanswered I miss it.

This is one of the most useful apps I've seen lately. A must if you want to identify something. It has identified almost everything I've tried to identify. It has even ID things a little out of focus. Objects it can't ID happens if there are several objects that are so similar that it's too hard to discern between them, or the object has not been entered into this database. But, that is getting more rare as more people update the database.
