Keeps me Present I have my mindbell set for every 15 minutes. Each time it sounds I released all of the breath in my lungs and breathe as deep as I can wait 3 seconds and release slowly. This may sound like that's a lot to do every 15 minutes but if you can't take a deep cleansing breath every 15 minutes which takes up only about 10 seconds.... then you're already in trouble. This is a wonderful tool for staying present giving yourself cleansing deep breaths and realizing just how precious each moment is during each day.
Timer is wonky I set this to ring every hour on the hour during 9 to 5 to remind me to get up from my desk and move around. The bell goes off at odd times or not at all. Frustrated with what should be a simple function!
Now is perfect There was a problem between this app and my device. The staff sent me some suggests and now all is going. Thank you a lot.

PLEASE You are the best!!! :-) . but please add timing for 2 and 3 minutes. Because minimum 5 minutes in the app are too much for me. I need to hear the bell more frequently. Please!! :-) . i would pay you for that!!
