Because of things in our country lately, I've been very very frightened and stressed. This little device couldn't help me more. I have it so it rings every 15 minutes from 7 am to 7 pm. Each time it rings I let go, and it works, it really works. Thank you so so so much! Keep up the creation of such wonderful apps.
exactly what I was looking for to allow randomised bells to ring throughout a given time period in the day (mine is set from 9am to 9pm at the mo, but can change if I want) to remind me to pause and be mindful then continue with my day. Works great, and wonderful that it allows option to set when to start the bells and when to stop them each day. Then plenty of varieties within the app to make choices for different intervals throughout the day, along with having them randomised or not. Not tried the meditation part of the app, as I use a different app usually for meditations but it looks good.

Die App ist super und genau das was ich gesucht habe. Meditations-/Bodyscantimer funktioniert einwandfrei .. Das Stummschalten des Gong erscheint etwas komplizierter, das scheint aber am Android zu liegen. Da ich mich im Altag aber nicht auf einen Gong fixieren will, sondern Mindfullness leben will (ausserdem kann man sich mit dem Gong auch anderer Trigger antrainieren), ist das für mich auch nicht nötig. Danke für das Super App
