Love it. Every time I get a new phone I re download it. I was sold at no in app purchases... This is a truly free to play game! No pay to win and its not so difficult that you have to pay for anything even if you could. I would give 100 stars if I could just because its a game that is advertised as free and it actually is free. No ads is a very big plus as well. Thanks for such an outstanding game.
Childhood memories are flooring back Love this game downloaded this a while ago played it with touchscreen, I thought at the time this is great but controls were difficult, so saved it for when I was bored and forgot about it. recently purchased a controller and decided to test all my games and found this one more addictive! I think when I was a child I must had had the demo as I don't remember the later chapters. This game is now one of my favorite games. Please make more retro games like this.

Classic Shooter Little less known but more than fun shooter about a Terra formation pilot on a quest to stop Microsol from destroying the galaxy. Battle robot facilities, alien armadas, space stations, and even spacefood. Yes. Amazing story though is not the complete version.
Anyone that tells you this isn't the best shooter ever is NOT your friend. Because it is. Tyrian embodies the best of 320x240 magic. It had glorious pixels before pixels were all the rage. The touch controls are a tad wonky, but you couldn't pay me to care.
It's poetic... I used to play this game at my grandparents house when I was 7 years old. It was an old Gateway computer, with a big old monitor, and Tyrian looked great. It was the best part of otherwise boring relative visits. Now, here I am, twenty years later, playing the same old Tyrian, on a piece of tech that was fantasy twenty years ago. I hope it's around for 20 more!
This version can let you change the controls back like you had the classical way.
For those who complained this is how you can do it:
Under the Tyrian Game go to Options-> Keyboard there you can get the classical control scheme layout.
Further options for that are available in the option just before Opentyrian boots up.
Take control your squadron, shoot galaxy invaders and become the hero of galaxy
