this is for the app experience. when I first opened the app, I couldn't choose my birth month as the scroll up function didn't work. then I wasn't able to complete my travel insurance purchase, as the app kept crashing after choosing the dates. finally, when trying to chat with an agent within the app, the keyboard covered the dialog box so I couldn't see what I was typing.

I was excited to try Goose for some travel insurance, unfortunately I can't even use the app as it doesn't resize correctly for my phone (Galaxy A5 2017). The "continue" button is cut off on the bottom of the screen so I can't progress when signing up. I'll just look for insurance elsewhere.

I'm trying to add trip protection insurance. On the "What is the total cost for your trip" section it won't let you to change it from $1. All you can do is confirm the prepaid parts of your trip only cost $1!. They're trying to get you to say you paid $1 for your trip because when it comes time to pay out they're going to send you a check for $1! Even if you say $1 for everything they still charge you $23.48 Allianz was the same price with the actual amount! I would not use Absolutely Shameful!
