Value > Cost. I've been a customer for over 7 years and their customer service is great. The app is super user friendly for processing claims and I have enjoyed the benefits of their recently launched wellness plan. I've received reimbursement within a few days which was helpful for upcoming veterinary expenses. Highly recommend. Probably the best monthly rate to reimbursement % I've seen

This review is about the app only, not about Petplan's service itself. The app is flat-out bad. It doesn't load half the time, regularly forgets my login information, and tends to freeze on blank screens when I try to do anything. When the app flow works as expected, it's good enough. It's easy to submit a claim, but impossible to find the forms you need (such as the *mandatory* veterinary history form).

Petplan (or Fetch now) has fantastic coverage and their staff is always amazing and pleasant to talk to. But, this app does have some bugs. I'm not able to log on, it sometimes crashes, or will freeze up on the sign in page. Again, I love the company but I think the app needs some work.
