One of the most annoying apps to order food. Firstly you cannot save cards, there is a tab to add cards but it has no function. Nothing happens when you click it so you must add card details every time you have to make payments. And again there is an option to select 'save card' yet it doesn't save. Then there are several instances that the money is deducted but the restaurant isn't open so the money comes back to Rafeeq wallet however you cannot use it if order is of more amount.

last 2 times i orderedonrafeeq was a bad experience .itemsmissing. 1st time i knew it was the vendors' fault so i first tried tocontactthevendorto try and get a refund for the item but had to contact rafeeq andstill no response.unlike talabat which has better customer service. 2nd time was similar.As soon as it arrived i immediatelychecked if my order wascomplete i noticed itwasmissing 1 item and toldthedriver he said i still hadtopay and just toldme to complaintorafeeq idid but same outcome

Worst app with zero responsibility to deliver food on time. Even customer service is really bad they don't even pick call. Waited for order for more than 90 mins and customer service call kept getting rejected as line is busy
