terrible app. not many options, there's no tracking of the order. Basically you order and wait blindly until someone shows up with your order. when i asked how do i know if my order is coming, this is their answer (copy and paste): "Please note that Shuttle Concierge is still under development, and deliveries are handled by a partner driver. Because of this, tracking is unavailable and your order status may remain as “processing” until delivery is complete." yeah i won't use it again.

app rarely works. consistently says stores are unavailable even though i am well withing the delivery distance and the store it open. im genuinely unsure what the issue is. aswell as sometimes I wait 20-40 mins after placing an order, only for it to be canceled for undisclosed reasons. the customer service is kind and helpful when I have order issues. but most of the time the app is useless because everything is "temporarily disabled"

One of the worst apps I've ever used. The UI/ux is fine. No order ever gets delivered. I tried 5 different restaurants across 2 different days and customer support told me they are having issues and have to cancel the order. Meanwhile the payment got deducted. I can only hope it gets refunded. One of the worst experiences I have had in an app. Period.
