The Gotcha! App will help any finder of a lost pet to retrieve instant information about the lost pet and the most direct way to contact the owner. Once the finder scans the QR code tag, the owner will get instant notification about the pet’s location. With the Gotcha! tag you gain a maximum of safety and connectivity for your pet at no additional cost!

I downloaded the app and created a profile. I added my first pet, and now it just keeps saying there's a new update to complete before continuing. However, the link doesn't take you to an update only back to the original Google Play download page. And, the only options on it are to open the app or uninstall. If the app doesn't work, then the tags are useless, and I'll return them all. I've messaged the developer so, hopefully they will provide a solution.
