terrible experience. as a gym owner I am very busy and had decided to trial the app. there was a rush put on me to sign up and within a short trial period. I tried to cancel before the end of the trial but the cancel option was not where it should have been according to the FAQ. team up attempted to call and withdraw money three times per day for a month and then attempted to get £82 for another two months until they got it. the app itself is riddled with issues, see other reviews

The new app is worse than the old app. I use TeamUp to book gym classes, and with the old app I could easily see all available classes without needing to scroll. Now I to scroll, and I don't get why additional information for doing so

The app is OK, but there is now a massive banner telling me to download the new app (which is terrible) which takes up a third of the screen. Please give us the option to remove it. And please, please rethink the design of your new app - it is truly terrible!
