The worst app I've ever used! I missed a webinar due to its bugginess and it locked up my phone and made it impossible to go to any other apps or even close the app. It kept putting itself on top. No audio and when I tried to change the settings to fix the problem, it kept jumping on top of any other screens I had open. I thought the desktop version of this software was bad but this made my phone useless. Even after killing it, a you can't join more than one session at a time error got stuck over the bottom of my screen and made it impossible to type this review until it eventually went away. Why do people use this garbage?
When you select phone call option for audio within the app, it will (without notice) call out to their american phone number, regardless of what country you're in, even though there is a UK number available to call from their desktop app. This is unacceptable from the app, it should call the local toll-free number.
An infuriating "bug" on is that you can't LEAVE the meeting unless you're actually internet connected to said meeting! So if the call "drops" (such as if you're in the elevator), you can't just leave the meeting (in there). You must wait till you get out, get on the interwebs and THEN you can leave. This problem is exacerbated every day when I get too close to the office, as the phone tries to be smart and connect to the wifi as soon as it detects it. But the signal is < 1 bar so the GTM call gets jenky and I'm stuck in limbo where I can't actually hear/talk/use the app yet I can't disconnect either. I was so frustrated that I literally turned off my phone to get out of GTM-hell. The slap in the fact is that Android also tries to be "helpful" and spins up all the apps you had running at the time you powered down (complete with GTM microphone enabled state)... you see where this is going? #FML
I really like not being confined to my desk or conference room to attend the meetings I am attending. Being mobile allows me to multi-task during my meetings. The app performs great, no problems with it yet.
Tried a few other web based conference apps but this app beats the others hands down! Great audio (unlike others) and visual management tools were easy and fluent
It Nice that I didn't gave to show up for class! It does freeze from time to time, but I still didn't gave to go tt class lol🙌
