Buffering before the shows even starts. Fastest fix was to disconnect and reconnect, or it just randomly disconnect on it's own while watching. While I don't mind the commercials or ads the volume between the programs and ads are insanely different. If the shows volume are okay, the commercials are 10 times louder. Making it a pain to watch at night because having to constantly turn down the volume during ads or else I'll wake up the whole neighborhood. Too many issues.

Really, really, really bad. Wastes hours of my time because it constantly shuts off subtitles (& makes in nearly impossible to get them back), skips to the end of the episode, plays the wrong episode and interrupts with the same ad over and over.... And if that's not enough there is the buffering. Is it really too much to ask to be able to finish an episode without all these hassles? Using crackle really makes me lose my temper and is not a pleasant experience or user friendly in any way.

Whats up with this? No update in nearly a year?.. If you rewind you go back to a previous point on movie, then another commercial. If you do try to pause it, when unpaused it starts movie over or starts ads again. Pluto is better! . This has been updated but now since April cannot sign in. Now, not even a place to sign in at. No way to save shows for later. But it's supposed to. If I could ever sign in again it would allow this probably. Android issue is my understanding. Leaves me out. Ha!
