App doesn't work well at the best of times with the constant freezing then crashing. Now it doesn't even open. I and presumably others are paying a subscription fee to watch games, and the app can't consistently show games. It's the Nate Peterman of apps. At this point this is just robbery. We're paying to get nothing but bloatware. Edit. Review was posted on 10/12/25 and had been down for days before. As of 11/16/25 it still does not work. I would like a refund for my annual payment.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. What is the point of me paying for another subscription if I can't watch the out of market games, which is the whole point of getting this in the first place. The app is so sluggish that it is borderline useless on both my mobile devices and my Xbox series X. This is the worst app and subscription purchase you could make. After a year away and the app somehow got worse. I can't watch the team that I want to watch and I'm forced to listen with a radio.

On Roku the Rezone is on one day a week and they still can't get the audio correct. It's either static or not timed correctly. ONE JOB, switch between games. are all the stations static at the same time? Not developed very well. Takes forever to load. Forget about the mobile. App freezes every two minutes. can't watch anything if you are moving around.
