You pay for the app and you try to watch a game and all you get is a spinning circle and nothing loads. This app has been horrible from it's inception and they make no effort to solve the issues. 2024-2025: It's still a horrible app. The ads freeze and you have to close the app and restart it several times during games. The NFL app is a bad joke.

Not easy. Nothing is easy. Couldn't watch at the same time I played a game on a different app. Wouldn't load pic in pic. Switched phones and wouldn't let me sign in. Kept looping back to the past for a membership screen every time I tried to enter a password. Won't ever purchase again. Didn't get my money's worth!

When you can actually get your app to recognize your subscription it's no problem. Unfortunately, it's hit-or-miss getting the different platforms to recognize your subscription. Mine works fine on my phone by default. After a lot of tinkering, I got the website to work but now it does not work on my firestick. I'm logged into the NFL account with the only email I have but it just sometimes does not recognize NFL Plus and I can't watch content I paid for.
