Ratings and reviews

Finally broke down and paid for NFL+ and it's more like NFL - (negative)! I can't even watch a game. It will not continue to play continuously longer than about 30 seconds. Plays, freezes, plays, freezes, then play for a few seconds and freezes again. Really frustrating. I can be on home Wi-Fi, 5g full bars, or anything else that can stream perfectly and this app cannot do it. Use the money made from the subscription to upgrade your server or whatever you need to handle the traffic. Do better!

1st, I had issues logging in on roku. Now the app won't work on highlights. Plays a stupid ad, then after the ad is complete, all of a sudden it "can't play the video"?!!! AND it won't even let me send feedback!! Still having issues playing highlights! Either won't let me highlight the screen to enlarge or unmute it or it pops up a window saying it "can't play this video right now", WHILE THE VIDEO PLAYS BEHIND IT!!

This is an absolutely abysmal app with terrible connection issues, and the constant need to close and re-open the app because videos stop playing randomly. I pay $15 a month for a premium service that doesn't even work properly. There are no live scores, even when I have ensured that the setting for live scores is turned on. The app lags behind the live broadcasts so much that I'm often notified by ESPN push notifications before I see anything happening on my NFL app. I want my money back.
