Wish my review was a positive one but unfortunately it's not. My first order which I was really excited to receive has been on hold at the airport for over 2 weeks now. I don't know if thats the normal wait time for international orders but i contacted DHL courier and i was told my order failed inspection at the airport that i had to contact the sender and I have email gourmeturca twice in English and in Turkish of course translated email but i haven't had a response yet.
The app needs updates , I can't see my orders and it keeps saying no such page exists, also the website needs a lot of work because it keeps giving me the same page and I can't view anything, also your support team is not responding at all I sent 2 emails and no one replied to me , although your website says ship worldwide but it actually ships for specific countries and this is a big disadvantage

Not easy to use. Too slow. Takes you to home screen every time. Takes forever to reload again. I think gourmeturca could and should do better not only on the app but also on the website.
