The Pasadena Citizen Service Center iPhone app is designed to provide residents, businesses, and visitors with access to Pasadena City Hall, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. So next time you spot graffiti in your neighborhood, hit a pothole on your way to work, or notice an abandoned shopping cart on your street just use the Citizen Service Center to report it. Simply open the CSC app, select an issue, and tap submit. You can even include a picture if you like and your issue will be automatically routed to the appropriate department for investigation. You can also check back periodically to track the status of your requests.

Ratings and reviews

Setting locations on reports can no longer be done manually. The system now requires moving a map to place a pin on the exact right address. Prior to a recent update, users could fine tune addresses by editing, for example, the house number, to match where they need service.

The feature that allows you to add a photo from your photo isn't working on Android anymore. I'm not sure if just my Galaxy phone or it's the app software issue? I tried uninstalling it and redownloading multiple times and it won't work. I doubt it's my phone because the app was working fine just a week ago. Update 10/12/24 - photo upload is working now in the app! I love using this app, makes me feel like I can help contribute to keeping Pasadena a great city.

City staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Sometimes wait time is a problem, but we do have the option of giving phone number to receive a call from the staff. Good solution!
