The app is okay. Works on my phone. I had trouble during sign up. I realized that during my sign up, the password I was attempting to create wasn't meeting the password requirements. The problem is, the app doesn't tell you the password requirements during sign up and also doesn't tell you that something went wrong. My page kept getting refreshed after an unsuccessful attempt of signing up until I tried a different password. Very helpful app to help the city with maintenance requests.

On the old app you could switch from map to satellite view. This made it easier to ID the exact location using land marks if needed. This feature needs to be added to this app.

Couldn't make an account. Tried signing up for the app but it wouldn't let me. I kept receiving a message saying that my email was already on use. This was my first time downloading the app. Don't know if that is a bug or something
